Return and Refund Policy

RAGNOK strives to provide quality-assured and good-performance products. If any problems with our products using, please contact our support staff for help.

CANCELLATION

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us to request the cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. Please provide your order number and explain the reason for canceling the order. If you do not know your order number, please provide the name and email address you filled in when placing your order.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

All orders you purchase on RAGNOK may be returned unboxed and unused for any reason for a full refund within 30 days from the date of order delivery. The time of delivery is subject to the logistics tracking information. Shipping charges are not refundable after shipment.

Returned items must be in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
RAGNOK will not cover shipping costs.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or not correct due to our reasons,  the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping fee.

NON-REFUNDABLE:

  • Damage from outside sources
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Non quality-related issues
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  • In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
    RETURNS

After receiving the return confirmation from RAGNOK, the buyer will be given the return address and will need to return the item to the specified address and then send the tracking slip number to office@ragnok.net so that we can track it and check the order.

Please include the following information in your return request.

  1. Order number/Proof of purchase
  2. Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  3. Complete delivery address
  4. Contact telephone number

*Please contact our Customer Support team at office@ragnok.net before you submit your return or exchange. Otherwise, we are not responsible to take charge of the related cost may cause.

Please provide the valid tracking number and shipping receipts for the returning package within 7 days from the Return&Exchange approval date. Otherwise, your return request will be voided. Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer.

REFUNDS

Processed refunds are completed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.) Please note that refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, only including the product’s cost.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still haven’t received a refund please contact our Customer Service Team at office@ragnok.net

REISSUE

If you encounter any issues with your product, kindly reach out to our Customer Service Team at office@ragnok.net. Once we confirm the product failure, we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a new product for you. For replacement please refer to the Return policy above.

If returning the product is not feasible in your area, we will provide a direct reissue of the product to you.
